I’m a food blogger from the UK with a huge love for baking. I started SabsBakes as a place to share my favourite recipes and (hopefully!) inspire others to get baking too.
I can’t remember exactly when I started baking, but like many people, I was inspired by The Great British Bake Off. If you haven’t seen it, it’s a show where home bakers compete to show off their skills — and it definitely got me hooked!
Some of my favourite baking memories are from childhood, baking with my sisters. I still remember when our mum bought us the American Originals Cake Maker because she knew how much we loved it. Fun fact: I didn’t even like chocolate as a kid — but now I can’t get enough of it! Most of my go-to recipes include chocolate in some way.
A few baking videos later… and here we are! I’m still not the best at blogging or all this website stuff — I’m learning as I go and figuring things out. I hope you like it!
My goal with SabsBakes is to show that baking doesn’t have to be complicated. I want to inspire others to create amazing bakes, whether you’re completely new or just love baking as a hobby. My recipes are designed to be simple, easy to follow, and enjoyable for everyone.
